At this session, outstanding individuals in the field of education will be presented with IPA's prestigious Awards For Excellence and the John Ourth and Dr. Fred Singleton Scholarships.  Dan Krause will present the President's Address. Illinois State Board of Education Superintendent Dr. Carmen Ayala will also speak during this session.
