I am proud to say I have worked with students from early childhood to 8th grade in some capacity throughout my career, and now proud to support educators on their own learning journeys. I began my career teaching kindergarten and 1st grade in Kaneland School District, and more recently served East Aurora School District as an RtI Coach, interventionist, and Reading Facilitator. It was during my time at East Aurora that I was the recipient of the IL-PART Grant through the U.S. Department of Education, allowing me to successfully transition into a leadership role at Yorkville Middle School.  During my time at Yorkville, I supporting teaching and learning by working strategically with PLCs, instructional coaches, planning professional learning, and facilitating data analysis and assessments throughout the school year.
