Bio

Paige is a founding director of the Black Educational Advocacy Coalition (BEAC), an emerging nonprofit dedicated to promoting equity and ensuring the success of Black students and educators. Within BEAC, Paige focuses on disseminating neuropsychological and social science research on inequality to empower and activate communities. Previously, Paige worked as a research assistant in the UChicago Social Justice Neuroscience and Psychology Laboratory in which she studied the underlying processes of implicit bias and tested interventions to bias incidents. Additionally, Paige worked on the Equity Committee at Cuyahoga Community College where she assisted campus administration in designing programs to promote cultural competence among faculty and students.
