Objective: By the end of the session, school leaders will have a new perspective that propels the analysis of equitable practices and structures within their school community. They will be provided with a tool that helps them identify equity gaps in their schools. They will be able to use practical strategies to ensure that equity is a priority for student success. Session Structure: Participants will be introduced to the 3C Equity Framework. This framework helps school leaders understand how communication, curriculum, and collaboration are critical elements for establishing equity within a school. This session will introduce questions that schools and school leaders can use to assess their school culture while identifying equity gaps. This analysis will provide opportunities for reflection and planning to improve opportunities and equity for all students.
