Dr. Patrick Rice is a founding board member for the Black Educational Advocacy Coalition and is the founder of the Student First Consulting Group (SFCG). Additionally, he is a former Field Services/Equity Director for the Illinois Association of School Boards, national speaker and presenter, published author of various books and professional journal articles, former principal, high school teacher, and adjunct professor. Dr. Rice has over 20 years in education and has obtained various degrees in educational administration including masters and specialist degrees from Eastern Illinois University and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Illinois University Carbondale
