Design a master schedule that includes all curriculum programs, adequate minutes & meets the needs of all learners. Design a cutting edge master schedule that can provide course integration, student choice, blocks, hybrids, & more. Strategize ways to incorporate singleton, doubleton, support, and/or accelerated courses into the day. Learn how to utilize your staff in creative ways. Discuss and interact with presenters about scheduling “options” & issues within your building(s) using our 3 F’s framework (Foundation, Framing and Furnishing) when creating your master schedule. With over 25 years of experience in the development of master schedules, we bring an array of strategies that will help schools optimize master schedules. Our goal is to guide school principals, assistant principals, & all involved through a process that will assist in creating a master schedule that serves as a solid foundation for academic growth & program development through the use of the 3 F’s framework we have created based on the Foundation, Framing and Furnishing of master schedules. Revising, revamping, & creating daily master schedules have afforded us the opportunity to maximize strengths of each school. Creating a master schedule that meets the needs of all learners has become a monumental task with all of the demands placed on master schedules. Balancing classes, creating blocks, forming teams, & so much more is imperative when creating your schedule. This workshop will encourage you to see your daily schedule through a new lens, introduce you to a process that will turn challenges into opportunities for student achievement, and allow your school’s schedule to become a blueprint for success.
