In this session, participants will receive easy to implement strategies and practices that will enhance the RtI Model in your district and improve student outcomes. There is not a one size fits all system of student intervention, support, and enrichment, but many puzzle pieces will be shared allowing principals to return to their districts with tools to enhance student learning and WIN! Identify a systematic way to interpret students’ formative assessment performance and make adjustments to students’ individual learning journey to increase achievement. 2. Comprehend the structure of WIN (What I Need) time in the elementary setting and Power Hour at the HS level and plan for implementation in your district. 3. Incorporate your district’s current RtI Model into a comprehensive system that meets the individual needs of your students.
