Whether it involves a student, teacher, coach or parent, principals are asked to solve issues that arise on a daily basis. Trying to get to the bottom of a reported incident can be a very stressful part of the job and we receive little to no training to help us resolve these issues. This session will give principals a blueprint to follow in assisting them through the investigation process along with effectively communicating the results to all parties involved.
